Cancellation Policy
Sometimes, life can get in the way. When those unforeseen events crop up, the last thing you want to worry about is the small things. That’s why we think it’s good ethical practice to offer a clear cancellation policy before people book courses at Roaring Ahead.

Training Course, Workshop or Talk Cancellation
Cancellation before 14 days
You can cancel or transfer to another course up to 14 days beforehand with no charge at all and you will receive a full refund. We will not charge you any admin fees or other.
Cancellation charge
If you cancel after 14 days before our course or if you don't turn up on the day, we will not offer a refund or transfer of any kind. There will be no refunds and/or no free transfers to other courses. This is non-negotiable and there will be no exceptions.
Please let us know as early as possible if it looks like you can’t attend so we can do my best to fill your place.
Cancellation by us
At Roaring Ahead, we are dedicated to providing you with informative and useful training sessions, workshops, and talks. However, there might be an occasion when even we can’t attend. Although we will try our best not to do this (in fact, it will be very rare), we have also provided a cancellation policy placed upon us.
In the case the we might have to cancel a course due to illness, unforeseen circumstances or other factors, you will be offered a course refund or free transfer to another course. The refund that you will be offered will only reimburse you for the cost of of the course/workshop/talk. Please not that we’re not liable for additional expenses that you have accrued to attend our course/workshop/talk.
